WWA + Cancer Wellness Support
Cancer Wellness Support is a compassionate, community-driven organisation offering holistic care to people living with cancer and their families.
Here are some ways our community can support this Love Project:
- Volunteer at one of the Cancer Wellness Support, Op Shops (Penrith or Katoomba)
- Make a monetary or prize donation
- Attend a fundraising event
- Donate quality unwanted items to their Op Shops
- Spread awareness of this incredible service for all who may need this level of support
As a self-funded non-profit, Cancer Wellness Support relies on community generosity to provide affordable, personalised care when it’s needed most.
Adamas Nexus
Adamas Nexus is a post-crisis support group for women — and those who identify as women — who have experienced violence, abuse, or intimidation. It was created to provide a safe space where women can support each other through shared experience, understanding, and ongoing care in the days, months, and years that follow a crisis.
We recognise that healing is not linear. It can be a lifelong journey filled with ups and downs, and Adamas Nexus is here to walk alongside survivors every step of the way.
Women With Altitude proudly supports this initiative in our Canberra region, where it was founded. Adamas Nexus receives no government funding and relies entirely on community donations to continue its vital work.
